Lamb, pork, beef and Omega 3 Eggs contain many nutrients recommended by Health Canada to build and maintain a healthy body. The Canadian Food Guide recommends two to three servings of meat and alternatives every day. Both products are an ideal source of food energy especially for growing children and teenagers, containing essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and protein.

Family Packages

Beef
Our beef is available both fresh and fresh-frozen by the specific cut.  Our tasty Mixed, Family Beef Boxes include a 30lb assortment of fresh-frozen cuts of steaks, roasts, and ground beef.  A 30lb box values at $210.  When ordering by the whole, half or quarter carcass you will save and is valued at $3.75/lb. 

Pork
Our pork is available both fresh and fresh-frozen by the specific cut.  Our tasty Mixed, Family Pork Boxes include a 30lb assortment of fresh-frozen cuts of pork chops, sausages, bacon, ham-steaks, fresh hams and roasts. A 30lb box values at $135.  Our Pork is also available by the whole or half at $3.50/lb.  If you are planning a pig roast let us know in advance and we can accommodate a whole roasting pig for your BBQ.

Lamb
Lamb is available by the specific cut both fresh and fresh-frozen.  Our fresh-frozen lamb is available by the whole or the half at $6.50/lb.  Specific cuts available include, a variety of lamb chops, whole racks, roasts, whole legs and ground lamb, shanks, stewing meat.

Omega 3 eggs

Our hens are fed a rich diet of grains and flax. These eggs contain high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids called omega-3, which are commonly found in fish and fish oils as well as canola oil, soybean and flax seed. Polyunsaturated fatty acids have been proven to be beneficial in preventing the risk of heart disease, improving memory, helping with depression and allergies as well as improving overall health.
